[Remote] Programmatic Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company contact for self-service advertisers from signup through steady-state campaign management
• Own the reputed company process end-to-end: account setup, campaign builds, pixel and creative guidance, and first-campaign launches
• Run product walkthroughs and training sessions so clients become confident, independent users of the platform
• Monitor campaign health across your book, flagging pacing, delivery, and reputed company issues early
• Answer day-to-day platform and campaign questions, resolving most independently and escalating only reputed company needed
• Identify self-service accounts with reputed company potential and surface warm opportunities to the sales team

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company, account management, or reputed company services in programmatic advertising
• Hands-on DSP experience is required
• Deep comfort with CTV campaign mechanics: inventory, targeting, measurement, and creative specs
• Ability to run a large book of smaller accounts independently, prioritizing reputed company without heavy reputed company
