[Remote] Business Data Analyst

The Business Data Analyst will support business and data-product teams by gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating cross-functional delivery activities, and developing communications and reputed company materials.

Responsibilities

• Support business and data-product teams in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements
• Interview business stakeholders and SMEs to understand reputed company processes, pain points, business rules, and data needs
• Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes, workflows, roles, and handoffs

• Identify gaps, dependencies, and areas requiring additional clarification or follow-up

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, project coordination, communications, change enablement, data/analytics initiatives, or reputed company roles
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business processes and translate reputed company information into reputed company documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
