The Remote Recruiter will build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates, reputed company and screen candidates, support interviews and offer negotiations, and conduct reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• reputed company clients with reputed company candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of reputed company tools and materials
• Cold reputed company, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently reputed company high outbound activity to reputed company clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• reputed company with reputed company, confidentially, and an ethical reputed company
• Effective negotiation skills
• Successful completion of reputed company training and reputed company training requirements
• A degree is preferred but not required
