[Remote] Junior Accountant

The role supports daily and month-end reputed company activities, including reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, fixed assets, and ERP systems, in a fully remote four-day reputed company for Colorado residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and record bank transactions
• Complete reputed company sheet and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end reputed company, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred reputed company, and allocations
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Assist with sales tax filings, 1099 reporting, and other reputed company compliance
• Prepare schedules and documentation for reputed company audits
• Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline reputed company processes

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• • 1–3 years of reputed company experience
