Duties & Responsibilities: The Voice Telecom Project Manager drives reputed company-level initiatives that enhance and reputed company the university and health reputed company’s voice communications services. This role leads cross-functional teams, coordinates with vendors and reputed company stakeholders, and ensures successful delivery of initiatives such as reputed company voice adoption, service improvements, platform upgrades, contact center enhancements, reputed company transitions, and operational readiness. The position manages full project lifecycles; requirements gathering, technical scoping, dependency mapping, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and operational transition. The Project Manager focuses on reputed company planning, effective communication, reputed company management and ensuring reliable, user-centered voice services The work location is virtual, but requires the employee to live and work in the east coast time zone. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications • Significant experience managing reputed company technology programs, preferably in telecommunications, reputed company voice, or contact center modernization. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and coordinate large-reputed company technology transitions. • reputed company ability to manage vendor relationships. reputed company developed written and verbal communications skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for diverse audiences, including end users, vendors and leadership.
