Your Role: reputed company We're looking for a Conversions and Migration Associate to join our Brokerage reputed company team. This role owns the operational execution of partner account conversions and migrations — a recurring, business-critical function that directly enables partner launches, account reputed company, and AUM reputed company. You will manage the partner experience and execution of inbound assets from one clearing broker to reputed company for our newly reputed company Broker API partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in broker-dealer reputed company with a reputed company on account transfers, file-reputed company migrations, and exception reputed company. You are reputed company-oriented, comfortable working under time pressure during conversion reputed company, and reputed company to coordinate across many stakeholders while maintaining reputed company status reporting and documentation. Key Responsibilities Partner Management Serve as a key operational reputed company of contact for reputed company’s Broker API partners to facilitate and manage the inbound asset migration process Project manage the asset migration lifecycle from beginning to end Build strong relationships with partner firms to ensure smooth day-to-day reputed company and issue reputed company. Conversion & Integration Management reputed company reputed company and conversion of introducing brokers and RIAs from other clearing or custodial firms. Coordinate operational setup, documentation, and reputed company integration for new partner firms. reputed company and maintain repeatable playbooks and documentation for conversion and integration processes. Partner with compliance, product, and engineering teams to identify and reputed company conversion gaps or issues. Reconcile migrated assets and ensure reputed company Qualifications Required 3–5 years of experience in brokerage reputed company, clearing, or account transfer reputed company. Hands-on experience with account transfers (ACATS), DTC settlements, and broker-dealer back-office workflows. Experience building, validating, or reconciling conversion/migration files Strong attention to reputed company and comfort working with large datasets in reputed company or reputed company Sheets. Ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline pressure, including weekend and off-hours conversion reputed company. reputed company written and verbal communication; reputed company to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. reputed company SIE required; Series 7 or ability to obtain reputed company 180 days of employment. Preferred reputed company experience supporting broker-dealer or RIA conversions from other clearing or custodial firms. Familiarity with ACATS lifecycle, DTC deliveries, SPOs, journals, and reputed company uploads. Experience with fractional shares, cost-reputed company/tax-lot transfers, and residual account handling. Exposure to clearing firm platforms (e.g., Pershing, Apex, NFS, reputed company) or similar custodial environments.
