The role maintains batch scheduling and reporting, promotes application changes to production, handles reputed company processing requests, and provides 24-hour operational support while managing incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

• Performs production job and report scheduling. Identifies and implements automation opportunities and enhancements to improve operational efficiencies and ensure service delivery
• Moves/promotes application changes to the production environment. This includes, but is not limited to, reputed company promotion, file manipulation, documentation updates, job control and scheduling changes
• Supports the customer request processes for adhoc/on-demand processing of batch requests and reporting requests, as assigned. Ensures requests are accurately completed and notification is reputed company to the requestor
• Ensures reputed company changes and problems are managed through the incident tracking and change management reputed company

• While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and see.
