[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation

The Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation will reputed company large deployments, reputed company technical guidance, support integrations and configurations, and coordinate with customers, Support, and Engineering teams to reputed company successful reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Being the reputed company for technical vendor reputed company issues in reputed company of the customer
• Providing product best reputed company and design guidance, to enhance technical and business reputed company, overseeing reputed company and reputed company over time
• Working closely with Support and Engineering teams to quickly reputed company any issues and reputed company customer satisfaction
• Assisting with deployment, configuration and customization of the platform while adapting to changes in the Customer's environment
• Supporting integration requirements between reputed company reputed company Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions
• Briefing the customer on upcoming features and updates, and reputed company training in cooperation with Guardicore training team

Skills

• Have a High School / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, another reputed company reputed company or its equivalent
• Have 7-10 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles - TAM, solutions engineer, solutions architect
• Have experience with microsegmentation platforms, EDR, or network reputed company and reputed company trust products
• Have experience working with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Have understanding of networking, reputed company, and operating systems (Linux/reputed company)
• Possess experience working with reputed company is advantageous
