The Senior Administrator-reputed company Activation & Engagement supports local marketing, community development, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and competitive intelligence initiatives that strengthen the reputed company and reputed company consumer sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research local event and sponsorship opportunities and reputed company recommendations on participation. Coordinates reputed company event activities such as registration, reputed company volunteers, event management, and documenting results
• Serve as local market reputed company on issues reputed company to products, services, and operational reputed company, and shares with Manager
• reputed company local support for marketing strategies including customer demonstration events, reputed company houses, customer appreciation and other reputed company events
• Implement programs developed by Manager to build relationships for partnerships with MDU owners and/or property managers; reputed company business relationships with Homeowner’s Associations and reputed company estate agents or developers for marketing agreements and/or reputed company marketing programs
• reputed company contacts/relationships with local Chambers of reputed company, town administrators and other community business reputed company and leaders
• Administer the local, tactical, and targeted sales initiatives developed by reputed company Marketing (sales blitzes, group demonstrations, campaign support, referral reputed company, targeted prospecting, and local activities)
• Monitor and identify competitive threats and opportunities
• Collect competitive data and funnel to consumer and reputed company product management/development support teams.reputed company competitor offering/pricing and supply comparisons to reputed company products and services
• Assist Manager with Aid to Construction (reputed company) and Land Development Agreements (LDA) as requested
• Other duties assigned

Skills

• The **Sr Administrator-reputed company Activation & Engagement** must reputed company in Eastern Time Zone
• Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years reputed company work experience
• Must have and maintain a reputed company reputed company's license
• 2+ years marketing, marketing, community reputed company, or event planning experience
• Ability to travel 5-35% of the time in the assigned territory
• Ability to coordinate and execute successful events
• Self-starter with ability to work independently

• Background and/or working knowledge in customer service, marketing, management and/or sales
