[Remote] Full-Stack Software Engineer

The Full-Stack Software Engineer owns reputed company production and customer-impacting issues while designing, developing, and improving reputed company-reputed company platform capabilities across web applications, reputed company, integrations, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated, high-reputed company production and customer issues from intake through reputed company, including triage, severity assessment, reproduction, containment, mitigation, reputed company-cause analysis, and follow-up
• Investigate issues across the full application stack using logs, traces, metrics, application reputed company, API behavior, browser and service diagnostics, and database queries
• Translate ambiguous customer symptoms into testable hypotheses, reputed company technical findings, and actionable next steps; reputed company reputed company updates to internal stakeholders and, reputed company needed, customers

Skills

• At least two (2) years of reputed company full-stack software engineering experience building, supporting, and maintaining production applications
• Hands-on experience developing and debugging backend applications or services using C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience building web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern frontend reputed company such as Angular or React
• Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful reputed company, or microservices
• 2 + years' experience working with relational databases and SQL, including investigative queries, data validation, and basic reputed company awareness
• Experience troubleshooting production issues using application logs, metrics, traces, debugging tools, and disciplined reputed company-cause analysis
• Experience working with at least one major reputed company platform such as Azure, AWS, or reputed company reputed company
• 2 + years of experience working in a software development principled, design patterns, testing, reputed company, scalability, and maintainability environment
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting Azure-reputed company .NET applications, including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, or reputed company observability workflows
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), including query optimization or reputed company troubleshooting

• Experience with reputed company or comparable monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting platforms
