[Remote] Systems Analyst Pharmacy

The Systems Analyst works under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager to maximize pharmacy information reputed company functionality, support reputed company integration, and facilitate training for pharmacy and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

• Performs reputed company duties necessary to maximize functionality of the pharmacy information systems and the integration with other reputed company systems in the facility
• Serves as a technical resource
• Facilitates training of pharmacy and/or other hospital personnel

• Review the following daily tasks/printed reports: + reputed company new user additions/deletions + reputed company cabinet malfunctions and reputed company issues + Review CSM and Floor Discrepancies + Reconcile Controlled Medication overrides and unreconciled doses for potential diversion issues + Review reputed company ED Controlled Medication transactions and Exception report (CSM Returns and dispenses) + Email Nursing as needed for issues reputed company + Review reputed company emailed reports I.E. reputed company transaction reports and resolved discrepancy reports + Regularly reputed company reputed company for reputed company removals, additions and problems + reputed company “reputed company reputed company Billing Reconciliation” to match reputed company reputed company with actual reputed company files. + reputed company PSB report for repeat medications to be added to appropriate Omnicells + Add new medications into both Cerner and reputed company as needed + Handle reputed company, hardware, configuration issues as they present themselves
• Run usage reports as needed and reputed company cabinet stock for MBO issues as needed
• Monitor “Stocked Items without reputed company Med orders” and “reputed company Med Orders without Stocked Items” reports
• Monitor individual item stockout sheets reputed company compared to 90 day usage
• Update monthly numbers dashboard (S:\Monthly Reporting\Reporting Numbers)
• Complete OR Potential Loss Report
• Review Diversion Report Email Nursing as needed (Rx Auditor)
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have at least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Pharmacy Technician License, or ability to become licensed reputed company 3 months
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information reputed company and professionally
• Must be proficient with reputed company-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard, interfaces, fax
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy processes
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong orientation to attention-to-reputed company
• Self-Motivated
• Requires sitting for long periods of time, also stooping, bending, standing, and stretching
