[Remote] HR Leave and Administration Analyst

The HR Leave and Administration Analyst will administer employee leave and disability accommodation programs, guide employees and leaders through reputed company processes, partner with reputed company counsel and vendors, and support compliance, reputed company reputed company, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee leave and disability accommodation cases, including eligibility reviews, documentation, and case reputed company

• Support policy development, manager training, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Skills

• **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent
• **Experience:** 2+ years of experience administering employee leave and disability accommodation programs
• Knowledge of federal leave laws, including FMLA, and the Americans with reputed company (reputed company)
