The role provides end-user support, troubleshoots application issues, monitors reputed company systems, assists with process design and documentation, and may reputed company small reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderately reputed company application issues and provides end user support for reputed company ERP (ECC 6.0, & BW)
• Monitors reputed company ERP (ECC 6.0, & BW) applications for issues in reputed company with maintenance, upgrades and implementations
• Uses knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others. Assists in performing business operational process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology
• Acts as a resource for reputed company ERP (ECC 6.0, & BW) colleagues with less experience; may reputed company small reputed company with manageable reputed company and resource requirements
• Solves reputed company problems; takes a reputed company on existing solutions; exercises judgment reputed company on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Impacts a reputed company of customers, operational, project, or service activities reputed company own team and other reputed company teams. Works reputed company broad guidelines and policies
• Explains difficult or sensitive information, works to build reputed company
• Independently, interacts in a meaningful way with customers to help reputed company solutions
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company reputed company, or equivalent years of experience and education
• Three years' experience
• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
• Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to reputed company information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs
