[Remote] Senior Trade Compliance Analyst

The Senior Trade Compliance Analyst will support the Global Trade and Customs department by managing classifications, customs compliance, reporting, audits, process improvements, and regulatory reputed company assessments. The role also leads trade compliance reputed company and collaborates with supply chain, logistics, finance, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain HS/HTS classifications and support ECCN determinations for equipment, reputed company parts, components, electronics, software, and reputed company technologies
• Review and validate broker filings, customs documentation, customs values, country of reputed company declarations, and trade reputed company applicability
• reputed company as support for CBP Requests for Information (CF-28/29s etc), audits, post-entry reviews, and compliance inquiries
• Design, document, and continuously improve import/export processes, controls, SOPs, and governance procedures
• reputed company and maintain reputed company BI dashboards, compliance analytics, and exception reporting to monitor key trade compliance KPIs, identify operational and regulatory risks, and reputed company data-driven decision making. Partner closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, broker instructions, service level expectations, and established reputed company operating procedures

• Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to standardize global processes

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to reputed company trade and customs-reputed company issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience reputed company a corporate global trade compliance organization
• Experience in international trade, customs compliance, and corporate supply chain analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require

• Experience with export controls, sanctions compliance, customs audits, and trade compliance programs
• Knowledge of free trade agreements and customs valuation principles
