The role focuses on sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, reputed company, reputed company partnership, compliance guidance, and recruitment metrics, with local travel to reputed company sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company: sourcing, passive reputed company, screening, scheduling, and interviewing
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements
• reputed company and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract reputed company
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and reputed company hiring teams
• reputed company guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as reputed company as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and reputed company
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
• Travel locally to reputed company sites as needed (Dayton, reputed company, Cincinnati, reputed company, Toledo)

Skills
