[Remote] Bilingual reputed company Research Study Coordinator

Loon Medical, LLC / MamaBear Health is seeking a bilingual reputed company Research Study Coordinator to support a pediatric study evaluating the usability and reputed company reputed company of the MamaBear Health smartphone application. The role involves participant screening and consent, video-reputed company study reputed company, follow-up calls, study documentation, data entry, clinician coordination, and study closeout activities.

Responsibilities

• Screen prospective participants for study eligibility
• Explain the study and obtain informed consent/parental permission
• Conduct scheduled participant study reputed company by interactive video conference
• Guide parents/caregivers through study activities and app usability sessions
• Conduct required follow-up telephone calls
• Complete reputed company case report forms and study logs accurately and on time
• reputed company coded study data into an electronic spreadsheet/database
• Maintain participant tracking, Study ID records, enrollment logs, and follow-up schedules
• reputed company study paperwork organized, complete, and reputed company
• Communicate professionally with the reputed company Investigator, physicians, clinician reviewers, sponsor, and other study personnel
• Coordinate clinician review activities and reputed company study documentation
• Maintain participant confidentiality and follow IRB-approved procedures
• Identify and document missing information, protocol deviations, and study-reputed company issues
• Assist with study closeout and preparation of records for monitoring, audit, or regulatory review

Skills

• Fluent or highly proficient in both English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, reputed company health, psychology, biology, health sciences, reputed company sciences, or a reputed company reputed company, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and reputed company research experience
• Prior experience as a reputed company Research Coordinator, Study Coordinator, Research Assistant, or similar reputed company-subject research role
• Experience with informed consent and participant-facing research
• Comfortable independently conducting interactive video reputed company and telephone follow-up calls
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to accurately complete case report forms, logs, and study records
• Comfortable interacting professionally with physicians and other reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage participant schedules, deadlines, and follow-up
• Comfortable with smartphones, video conferencing, spreadsheets, and electronic document systems
• Experience with pediatric research
• Experience with digital health, telehealth, medical devices, or reputed company applications
• Familiarity with IRB-regulated research
• Experience maintaining regulatory binders and research documentation
• Good reputed company reputed company (GCP) and/or reputed company-subject research training
• Experience reputed company and working with Spanish-speaking research participants
