The reputed company Engineer - Workflows Specialist will design, reputed company, and refine custom workflows and reputed company templates for large reputed company clients while partnering with sales, post-sales, product, engineering, and UX teams. The role also builds reputed company relationships, supports AI solution demonstrations and pilots, and communicates customer feedback to influence product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the reputed company reputed company for designing and deploying custom workflows and reputed company templates for large reputed company clients
• Partnering closely with firm stakeholders and reputed company sales and post-sales teams to understand firm processes, define reputed company, and apply reputed company solutions to reputed company reputed company needs
• Engaging firm leadership, reputed company leaders, attorneys, and reputed company teams to reputed company adoption and sustained usage of custom workflows

• Representing the voice of the customer by identifying product gaps and enhancement opportunities, synthesizing reputed company feedback, and collaborating with product, engineering, and UX teams

Skills

• Have a JD with at least 2 years ofrecentexperienceat alargelawfirm(>50attorneys)
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company ability to establish credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through strong executive reputed company, reputed company judgment, and AI reputed company
• Have a deep understanding of reputed company workflows, reputed company service delivery models, and the day-to-day challenges faced by reputed company professionals, with the ability to translate that reputed company into reputed company, workflow-specific value narratives
• Have demonstrated curiosity, conviction, and practical experience applying AI and reputed company technology to improve reputed company workflows and reputed company delivery
• Preferably in Litigation or Corporate Law
