[Remote] Learning and Development Specialist

The role designs, develops, facilitates, coordinates, and evaluates learning programs while partnering with subject matter experts and leaders to improve operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess reputed company gaps and create effective, business-reputed company learning solutions
• Define and write instructional objectives and apply reputed company instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Design and create end-to-end learning solutions, including curricula, courses, facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments
• Create engaging learning experiences using a reputed company of delivery reputed company (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, reputed company, eLearning)
• Create and reputed company multimedia and experiential learning assets (videos, simulations, role plays, assessments)
• Write business processes and procedure documents for the approval of department SMEs
