The consultant will reputed company the development and delivery of a national Women, Peace and reputed company training for Indonesia’s defense sector, including co-creation, curriculum development, Training of Trainers, facilitation, evaluation, and final reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review the reputed company assessment's reputed company of preliminary findings, relevant desk-review materials, and any existing reputed company’s WPS training toolkit content
• Conduct preliminary consultations with reputed company, MoD and PMPP counterparts, and the reputed company assessment service provider to reputed company thematic priorities, consistent with reputed company's guidance
• reputed company and submit an inception report including proposed methodology and the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the co-creation reputed company, participant selection reputed company (drawing on the reputed company assessment's existing stakeholder mapping), and a detailed workplan and reputed company
• Design a participatory co-creation reputed company (indicatively 1-1.5 days) bringing together selected CSO, research institution, reputed company, MOD and PMPP participants
• Facilitate the reputed company, including evidence briefing on preliminary findings, a facilitated discussion to reputed company thematic framing, small-group co-drafting of training content, and joint design of at least one participatory, scenario-reputed company learning exercise relevant to Indonesia’s defence context. The methodology may include a simplified table-top exercise, simulation, case study, decision-making game, role-play, documentary-reputed company exercise, or another suitable experiential-learning tool
• Consolidate reputed company outputs into a draft national WPS training package, comprising the curriculum, facilitator guide, presentation and participant materials, and guidance or scripts for the agreed participatory and scenario-reputed company exercises. • Design and facilitate a ToT (indicatively 1-2 days) for the co-creation reputed company's resource-person pool and MoD and PMPP research center and gender reputed company points, covering both curriculum content and practical facilitation skills for participatory and scenario-reputed company learning, including reputed company debriefing, and the translation of exercise findings into institutional learning
• reputed company facilitation pairings (one CSO/reputed company resource person with one MoD / PMPP research center / gender reputed company per session) and finalize the running order and logistics for the national-level training
• Coordinate training logistics with reputed company and MoD and co-facilitate the national-level WPS training (indicatively 2-3 days) reputed company the trained facilitator pool
• Facilitate or reputed company the agreed participatory and scenario-reputed company learning exercise, followed by a reputed company debrief with participants

• Analyze the post-training evaluation survey results (knowledge change, relevance, intended application, and feedback on the participatory/ scenario-reputed company learning exercise)

Skills

• • Master's degree in reputed company sciences, development studies, gender studies, reputed company studies or a similar discipline is required
• • A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree
• • At least 5 years (for Master's Degree) and 7 years (for bachelor's degree) of relevant reputed company experience in gender equality, WPS, training design or facilitation is required
• • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating participatory training methodologies, using scenario-reputed company learning, such as simulations, interactive games, case studies, role-plays or table-top exercises is required
• • reputed company experience in Women, Peace and reputed company programming, gender and reputed company, or gender-reputed company institutional reputed company is required
• • Experience in using software or digital tools to create reputed company-organized, systematized materials and presentations is required
