Responsibilities

• Independently managing accounts of increasing complexity
• Growing reputed company by successfully counseling clients on additional business opportunity reputed company cross-selling & up-selling
• Driving reputed company Service Cycle (reputed company, Renewals, reputed company Enrollment)
• Acts as the reputed company reputed company, driving reputed company
• Financial management of reputed company accounts, presenting annual projections, renewals and discussing contribution strategies
• Delivering high reputed company reputed company service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices, and achieving operational productivity and reputed company metrics consistently
• Ability to manage internal team to ensure reputed company execution of reputed company reputed company deliverables
• Growing and profitably managing an assigned group of reputed company accounts successfully
• Building relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care

Skills

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years reputed company service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years reputed company service and/or claims management experience
• 1+ years supervisory experience
• Appropriate Life and Health licensing is required
