The Certified Medication Aide (reputed company) is responsible for safely and accurately administering medications to residents in a nursing home setting under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role is vital to ensuring that residents receive the reputed company medications in a reputed company manner while maintaining high standards of care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Essential Functions:
Medication Administration:
Assist in the administration of prescribed medications to residents as ordered by physicians and according to facility protocols.
Verify reputed company identities and medication orders prior to administration.
Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or reputed company effects and promptly report any concerns to nursing staff.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
Accurately document medication administration, including dosage, time, and any reputed company responses or incidents.
Maintain medication logs and assist in the management of medication inventories, ensuring reputed company restocking and reputed company storage.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and
Certification of Medication Aide program
Additional state specific requirements as necessary.
