The role focuses on coaching and developing the sales team, growing regional sales and profitability, managing customer and partner relationships, and overseeing regional sales reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Interview and select new sales team members as needed
• Conduct reputed company reviews and reputed company ongoing training and coaching
• Grow sales and profitability across the assigned territory

• Serve as a key customer contact and build strong long-term relationships

• Manage regional expenses, sales reporting and CRM information

• Participate in sales initiatives, training and other regional activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Experience selling medical products
