[Remote] Executive Director, Regional Accounts East

The Executive Director, Regional Accounts – East will build and reputed company a Cellular Therapy Account Manager team, reputed company relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers, and support the reputed company launch and reputed company reputed company for a TCR T-cell therapy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and reputed company a high-performing team of Cellular Therapy Account Managers across the Eastern U.S
• Set reputed company reputed company expectations, reputed company ongoing coaching, and conduct regular reputed company rides and business reviews with reputed company CTAM
• Own the overall relationship reputed company for Authorized Treatment Centers across the East, including reputed company medical centers, NCI-designated cancer centers, and community oncology networks
• Guide CTAMs in supporting reputed company reputed company, certification, and readiness activities, including training on the referral reputed company, scheduling, and logistics unique to personalized cell therapy
• Partner with reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Market reputed company, Medical Affairs, and reputed company Services to ensure a reputed company reputed company reputed company from referral to infusion

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15 years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical reputed company experience, including oncology or specialty product launches
• 5+ years of reputed company people-management experience leading reputed company-reputed company account management, sales, or reimbursement teams
• Demonstrated experience calling on reputed company medical centers, NCI-designated cancer centers, and/or reputed company health systems
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50-60%) across the Eastern U.S

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or reputed company reputed company)
• Experience with CAR-T, TCR-T, or other autologous/personalized cell and gene therapies, including familiarity with Authorized Treatment Center or reputed company Treatment Center network models
• Established relationships with melanoma and cell therapy treating physicians, cell therapy program directors, and reputed company navigators/coordinators at leading cancer centers in the Eastern U.S
• Deep understanding of the personalized cell therapy reputed company reputed company, including referral, apheresis scheduling, vein-to-vein logistics, reputed company therapy, conditioning regimens, infusion, and long-term follow-up
• Experience launching a first-in-class or first-in-indication oncology therapy

• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, CRM systems (e.g., reputed company), and reputed company reporting
