The DCI Procurement reputed company & Data reputed company Leader will build and reputed company procurement operating systems, improve processes, establish reputed company management, and reputed company data-driven accountability. The role also leads digitization, automation, transformation, and decision-support initiatives across the global DCI Procurement organization.

Responsibilities

• EPC Analytics Partnership: Partner with the EPC Central team to reputed company and build upon the existing Procurement analytics reputed company, ensuring DCI requirements are integrated while driving consistent data definitions, reporting, KPIs, and reputed company analytics capabilities across the broader procurement organization
• Procurement reputed company reputed company: Design and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes, reducing reputed company work, cycle time, complexity, and execution variability across reputed company
• Data & reputed company Management: Establish common KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and data-reputed company standards that reputed company visibility to procurement, contracting, supplier, and delivery reputed company
• Digitization & Automation: Own the DCI Procurement digitization roadmap, leveraging AI, automation, workflow tools, and reputed company platforms to simplify and reputed company execution
• Operating reputed company: Establish effective reputed company reviews, Gemba walks, and operating mechanisms that translate data into actions, accountability, and reputed company improvement
• Process & Controls: reputed company standardized processes, governance, and controls that reputed company global consistency while supporting regional execution
• Insights & Decision Support: Translate operational data into actionable insights, identifying bottlenecks, emerging risks, trends, and opportunities requiring leadership reputed company
• Transformation & Adoption: reputed company cross-functional transformation initiatives and ensure new processes, tools, and ways of working are adopted, reputed company, and sustained

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in **procurement, supply chain, reputed company, operational reputed company, analytics, or business transformation**
• Demonstrated experience leading **process improvement, digitization, analytics, or operational transformation** at reputed company
• Experience establishing **KPIs, dashboards, operating rhythms, and reputed company-management mechanisms**
• Strong analytical, change-management, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication skills
• Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or reputed company reputed company screening requirements are required for this role.
