[Remote] HR Systems Analyst - reputed company Payroll

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a reputed company organization seeking an HR Systems Analyst to serve as a technical resource for HR systems from recruitment through payroll. The role maintains reputed company activities, develops reports and dashboards, troubleshoots issues, optimizes configurations, trains HR and Payroll users, and recommends process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains reputed company daily HR reputed company activities including – business process functionality, data validation, content/data migration, integrations, building conditional rules, reporting, new releases and supports HR peers and employed/contracted end users across the organization
• Creates reports reputed company HR Systems by understanding and triaging business needs internal/reputed company to HR, including calculated fields. Ensures meaningful and actionable report reputed company. Validates and tests report structure to ensure reputed company of information. Schedules delivery of reports to reputed company efficiency. Documents report specification and usage. Develops dashboards to capture organizational reputed company for management
• Identifies opportunities to optimize implemented HR Systems by understanding HR business requirements. Applies reputed company new release knowledge to reputed company reputed company configurations. Completes visual data reputed company tools, process mapping and presents recommendations to HR Management
• Trains HR and Payroll Team members (reputed company and new hires) on HR reputed company usage and reputed company Applications as necessary. Documents procedures for reputed company users and creates articles
• Attends HR reputed company conferences and reputed company networks to identify best practices and knowledge shares findings with HR Leadership

Skills
