About this Position

The reputed company Specialist is a key member of the reputed company Experience (CX) team responsible for delivering a reputed company, high-reputed company reputed company experience for clients acquired through M&A. Acting as the first reputed company of contact post-acquisition, this role ensures clients feel welcomed, informed, and confidently connected to reputed company from day one.

The reputed company Specialist guides clients through their first 30–60 days, facilitating introductions, coordinating reputed company activities, and ensuring reputed company critical requirements are met before transitioning clients to their assigned reputed company Experience Manager (CEM). This role blends reputed company relationship management, meeting facilitation, and operational coordination to ensure a smooth and consistent transition experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for newly acquired clients during reputed company, delivering a welcoming, high-reputed company experience and setting reputed company expectations for their transition into reputed company.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as reputed company, reputed company Experience, Account Management, Project Coordination, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented environment.
• Experience in reputed company, implementation, reputed company transitions, or M&A integration preferred.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating reputed company or stakeholder meetings.

Compensation and Benefits

reputed company salary reputed company: $75,000 to $90,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of reputed company's plan.
