[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical solutions, delivery plans, and engineering priorities
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing iteration

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and data workflows using technologies such as Python, Airflow, PostgreSQL, and Kafka
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to support data-driven application experiences

Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience
