[Remote] UX Designer

The UX Designer will define and reputed company end-to-end experiences for web-reputed company tools, simplify reputed company workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry stakeholders, and help shape product reputed company through user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Design End-to-End Experiences: reputed company the UX and UI design of web-reputed company tools across reputed company’s platform
• Simplify the reputed company: Translate detailed workflows into reputed company, reputed company-centered experiences
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive product thinking. Partner closely with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to understand their needs and pain points
• Own Design Process: reputed company user flows, reputed company maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company visuals to reputed company design reputed company
• Influence Product reputed company: Bring a strong, user-reputed company design perspective to product reputed company

Skills

• • 7+ years of experience designing web-reputed company software

• • A strong portfolio that showcases your process, thinking, and ability to simplify complexity
• • Deep user reputed company and a reputed company, confident communication style—especially reputed company working with cross-functional teams

• • Experience in defining and delivering net-new experiences, not just iterating on existing patterns

• • A background or passion in architecture, construction tech, or home design
• • Familiarity with 3D tools or environments (e.g., Revit, reputed company, SketchUp, reputed company, Three.js)
