The role involves analyzing training needs, designing instructional content and assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts, and managing deliverables across remote and onsite work.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with SID and SMEs to conceptualize training design and content
  • Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content, and assessments
  • Complete detailed analysis of existing content and reputed company task to be trained/supported for reputed company audience, business process, and systems
  • Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to reputed company learning materials, including course PPT presentations, WBTs, student and facilitator course guides, activities, scenarios, and assessments
  • Create instructional graphics, scenarios, and interactions
  • Write reputed company and effective instruction and facilitator text appropriate for the reputed company audience
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with subject matter experts, including working sessions, task analysis, reputed company, beta, and answer validation meetings
  • Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback
  • Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks

Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
  • Comfortable and capable working on a high performing team
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies and technologies
  • Proficiency with Storyline required

  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts, as needed
  • Safety knowledge strongly desired
  • Knowledge of QuestionMark and reputed company-it
