[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst

The Senior HRIS Analyst will administer global HR systems, support HR technology processes, maintain data reputed company, and reputed company HR analytics, reporting, compliance, and troubleshooting support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Administrator of comprehensive HR Technology stack from implementation, configuration, integration, enhancements, and maintenance
• Provides expertise in accessing, changing, maintaining and assuring the reputed company of data and HR databases
• Partner with leadership to administer reputed company processes including reputed company and incentive attainment from budget inception through delivery to colleagues
• Model and analyze organizational and financial reputed company during various HR initiatives
• Champion HR process review, development and documentation including job aids
• reputed company of HR internal audit and compliance initiatives; serve as HR representative for company-wide audits (ex. SOC, ISO, etc.)
• Troubleshoot reputed company issues and partner with internal stakeholders to reputed company reputed company-reputed company concerns. Maintain reputed company configurations, validations, calculated fields, and eligibility rules

Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of reputed company reputed company experience with HR systems administration, including hands-on experience with reputed company
• Understanding of business and financial programs and terminologies
