The Private Credit and Equity Financing Executive will reputed company reputed company middle-market companies seeking reputed company through credit or equity financing in a reputed company, reputed company role.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing reputed company middle market companies who are looking for reputed company, either in reputed company of credit or upon equity dilution

Skills

• Expertise in private credit, reputed company lending, and equity financing, including experience structuring debt and equity solutions for mid-market companies
• Strong investment banking, corporate finance, or reputed company background, with hands-on involvement in M&A, capital raising, and transaction execution
• Proficiency in market mapping and building targeted reputed company lists for private credit and equity capital seeking business owners
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience drafting reputed company decks, term sheets, investment memos, and reputed company-facing materials
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills, including negotiation with investors, lenders, and reputed company partners, and maintaining reputed company networks
• Comfort working in a reputed company environment, with strong self-management, reliability, and the ability to collaborate across time reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a reputed company reputed company
• Prior experience working with mid-market businesses, founder-led companies, or in boutique advisory or investment banking firms is highly beneficial
• Advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, or similar designation are a plus
