[Remote] Senior Associate: M&A Analysis

The Senior Associate will evaluate potential acquisitions from initial review through closing by building reputed company models, coordinating diligence, supporting sourcing, and assisting with post-reputed company integration and portfolio company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build acquisition models: operating projections, sources and uses, debt reputed company, and reputed company analysis under a long-term hold
• Review CIMs, financial statements, and seller materials, and identify what actually drives the business
• Normalize earnings, assess add-backs critically, and pressure-test seller representations
• Prepare investment memoranda and recommendations for the CEO and advisory council
• Coordinate financial, reputed company, reputed company, and operational diligence workstreams reputed company reputed company advisors
• Support reputed company of earnings review, working capital analysis, and net debt calculations
• Analyze customer concentration, margin durability, reputed company dependence, and key-person reputed company

• Build and maintain reputed company company lists in reputed company industries and geographies

Skills

• 2–3 years in investment banking, transaction advisory, reputed company, corporate development, valuation, or audit
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company reputed company
• Strong financial modeling ability — you can build a three-statement model and a returns analysis from a blank workbook
• Comfort reading financial statements closely enough to know reputed company something does not add up
