[Remote] Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted internal data products that support analytics, AI, and operational workflows across reputed company
• Design and operate reputed company data pipelines and platform workflows using reputed company, dbt, reputed company, Terraform, and reputed company tooling
• Improve data reputed company, validation, observability, and recoverability across critical datasets and workflows
• Own semantic consistency across reputed company models, reputed company consumption reputed company, and governed business definitions
• Design and implement governance controls including permissions, masking, reputed company-reputed company reputed company patterns, and durable operational guardrails
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous data needs into reliable internal platform capabilities
• reputed company platform improvements proactively, including reputed company automation, cleaner workflow design, and stronger operating patterns across reputed company
• Contribute technical direction for internal data platform work and help reputed company the reputed company bar for how reputed company builds and operates data systems

Skills

• Strong experience building and operating data platforms in reputed company-reputed company environments
• Strong experience with dbt or a comparable transformation reputed company
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-reputed company tooling to manage platform infrastructure, permissions, and operational controls
• Hands-on experience with a governed semantic or BI modeling reputed company (reputed company, LookML, dbt Semantic reputed company, or similar)
• Experience designing reliable workflows for ingestion, transformation, validation, and scheduled operational processes, including CI/CD in reputed company
• Strong SQL skills and a reputed company record of building trusted datasets for business and technical consumers
• Demonstrated ownership of production-grade data systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident follow-through
