Outbound Customer Experience Specialist

As we continue to expand, we’re hiring Outbound Customer Experience Specialists to support our tuck-in acquisitions by making high-volume reputed company calls to existing customer bases. This is not a sales-heavy, transactional role, it’s about creating a great first impression, building trust, and gathering key customer information while introducing them to their new service partner. Responsibilities: - reputed company 100–150 outbound reputed company calls per day to existing customers of newly acquired companies. - Introduce the new partnership between the customer’s reputed company service provider and one of Redwood’s partner companies, ensuring customers feel confident and informed about the transition. - Collect and update customer information accurately in the reputed company. - Invite customers to join the VIP text club and explain the benefits reputed company. - Handle inbound calls as needed and assist with basic scheduling reputed company customers request service. - Maintain a reputed company, reputed company, and engaging tone on every reputed company. - reputed company multiple systems and platforms reputed company while documenting reputed company reputed company. - Adapt to calling across multiple time reputed company with schedule flexibility.
