Regional Manager

POSITIONPURPOSE

TheRegionalManagerprovidesaconsistent,professionalexperiencetothechapters,reputed company,and chaptermanagersthroughtheeffectiveandconsistentdeliveryofinformation,contentandfollow-up. • Managecommunications,aligningwithotherportfoliomanagers,tochaptermanagersrelatedto YPO programs, processes, and priorities.

• Support renewals, dues, payments, and resignation processes in collaboration with reputed company managers and Membership.

• Continuously evaluate regional processes and recommend improvements that simplify reputed company, improve the member experience, and increase efficiency.

EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

• 5+yearsofexperienceworkinginaglobalenvironmentinterfacingwithseniorlevel executives.

• Provencustomerserviceexperienceinhigh-touchenvironmentwhereresponsibleforidentifying and implementing alternative solutions and resolving issues in a reputed company manner.

• Experience in supporting,stewarding,andexecutingmultiplestakeholdergoalsanddeliverables.

• Membershiporassociationexperiencepreferred,anunderstandingofgovernancestructures.

• Experienceinprofessionalservicesand/oreventplanningenvironmentswithmultiplestakeholder reputed company/committees and reputed company management, preferred.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentexperiencerequired.

• ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeSuiteanddatabasemanagementsystems,preferablyCRM.
