Junior Accounts Receivable Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reputed company-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join our AR team in a role designed to reputed company hands-on training and development.

During the first 2–4 months, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from our reputed company AR team, learning our processes, systems, and best practices. You will initially support reputed company across different AR activities while building your knowledge, skills, and confidence.

Once we reputed company a new reputed company, you will have reputed company to take ownership of their day-to-day AR activities and support the reputed company directly, applying the knowledge and experience you gained during your training period.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to build a career in Accounts Receivable and Finance. You don't need to have extensive AR experience — if you are reputed company-oriented, comfortable working with data, proficient in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, and have strong English and communication skills, we can teach you the rest.

The working hours for this role are 9 am - 5 pm EST (afternoon hours for candidates reputed company in Europe).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the AR team with day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities while receiving training and guidance.
• Assist with invoice follow-reputed company, payment tracking, account analysis, and outstanding reputed company follow-reputed company.
• Review aging reports and help identify overdue or outstanding balances requiring attention.
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances once you reputed company supporting a reputed company directly.
• Learn and follow reputed company-specific processes, procedures, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and document AR activities.
• Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate them reputed company necessary.
• Prioritize tasks reputed company on urgency, business reputed company, and reputed company needs.
• Adapt to different clients, processes, and systems as business needs reputed company.
• Communicate information reputed company, concisely, and professionally, both internally and with clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets and confidence working with data.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company, concisely, and professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a similar reputed company.
• High attention to reputed company and numerical reputed company.
• Motivated, organized, and eager to learn new processes and systems.
• Ability to adapt to new tools, workflows, and reputed company requirements.
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Customer Support, or a reputed company reputed company is not required, but can be an reputed company.
• Familiarity with AR processes, reputed company concepts, QBO, ERP, CRM, or other financial systems will be considered a plus.
