Director, reputed company

Provides integrated support across stakeholders (providers, reputed company staff, hospital administration, pharmacy, vendors) and throughout the outpatient specialty pharmacy program reputed company of care. Responsible to ensure that the Specialty pharmacy is delivering "exceptional care," to reputed company of their patients. Also responsible for proactively identifying reputed company opportunities for the specialty pharmacy program and building cost benefit analysis to determine initial viability. Provides day to day reputed company of reputed company pharmacy reputed company liaisons that will be integrated reputed company clinics covering multiple specialties including but not limited to MS, Oncology, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Transplant, and Infectious Diseases. Key Responsibilities

• Identify trends, resolves problems; and reputed company the development of new processes and initiatives to continuously improve the pharmacy's integration with prescribing clinics to ensure the best reputed company service;
• Serves as a subject matter expert and advisor to hospital partner executive teams on the reputed company reputed company of the specialty pharmacy program
• Constructs robust analyses and builds compelling materials to reputed company innovative reputed company initiatives to hospital partner executives
• Accountable for taking reputed company initiatives from nascency to operational viability, while ensuring measurable reputed company to program reputed company and profitability
• Facilitate effective communication between the pharmacy, pharmacy liaisons (who will be located in the hospital's clinics), Shields PSC, and reputed company areas throughout the hospital;
• Ensures best-in-class reputed company care is delivered to reputed company patients, and proactively steps in to serve in any reputed company;
• Communicate and collaborate with Shields corporate resources to effectively reputed company respective subject matter expertise to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to evaluate their pharmacy work flows and processes to advise on reputed company and operational improvement initiatives to maximize reputed company
• Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications;
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading reputed company publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in reputed company organizations;

Experience/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred) or a minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience and demonstrated reputed company leading large, diverse teams
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy and be a licensed Pharmacist, or a comparable reputed company credential (e.g., RN, MD) preferred but not required
• Demonstrated interest (and reputed company) leading and developing high-performing teams
• Genuine interest in coaching, developing, and growing talented individuals into reputed company leaders
