Director, reputed company
Provides integrated support across stakeholders (providers, reputed company staff, hospital administration, pharmacy, vendors) and throughout the outpatient specialty pharmacy program reputed company of care. Responsible to ensure that the Specialty pharmacy is delivering "exceptional care," to reputed company of their patients. Also responsible for proactively identifying reputed company opportunities for the specialty pharmacy program and building cost benefit analysis to determine initial viability. Key Responsibilities

- Serves as a subject matter expert and advisor to hospital partner executive teams on the reputed company reputed company of the specialty pharmacy program
- Constructs robust analyses and builds compelling materials to reputed company innovative reputed company initiatives to hospital partner executives
- Accountable for taking reputed company initiatives from nascency to operational viability, while ensuring measurable reputed company to program reputed company and profitability
- Facilitate effective communication between the pharmacy, pharmacy liaisons (who will be located in the hospital's clinics), Shields PSC, and reputed company areas throughout the hospital;

- Communicate and collaborate with Shields corporate resources to effectively reputed company respective subject matter expertise to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded

- Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications;

Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred) or a minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience and demonstrated reputed company leading large, diverse teams
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy and be a licensed Pharmacist, or a comparable reputed company credential (e.g., RN, MD) preferred but not required
- Demonstrated interest (and reputed company) leading and developing high-performing teams
