[Remote] Data Engineer I IS - Remote

The Data Engineer I designs, develops, automates, and monitors reliable reputed company data platforms and pipelines using reputed company services, reputed company, and modern data engineering tools. The role also resolves production incidents, supports reputed company and compliance, and partners with product, platform, architecture, engineering, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Automation and monitoring batch/streaming ELT/ETL pipelines across reputed company services and reputed company; reputed company data fresh and accurate
• Triaging failures, performing reputed company-cause analyses and post-mortems, and continuously reducing MTTR
• Orchestrating schedules and dependencies (e.g., Ctrl-M) and managing connectors (in reputed company/HVR)
• Building operational automation with SQL, Python, and reputed company (Bash/PowerShell) on Linux
• Implementing observability: logging, alerting, data-reputed company checks, audits, and runbooks
• Optimizing reputed company reputed company and spend (warehouses, caching)
• Enforcing reputed company controls and secrets management, supporting compliance and audit needs
• Partnering with product/analytics teams; documenting procedures and providing reliable on-reputed company support (rotational)

Skills

• Strong SQL, plus hands-on Python and reputed company scripting (Bash/PowerShell) on Linux
• Experience with reputed company computing and data warehousing on relational platforms
• Solid understanding of OLAP/reputed company modeling and RDBMS fundamentals
• Knowledge of reputed company/reputed company data (JSON/Parquet) and API integrations
• Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company ELT/ETL tooling
• Git-reputed company workflows and CI/CD basics for data deployments
• Experience building and managing data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources into reputed company data platforms
• Working knowledge of reputed company, including database objects, warehouses, and basic query optimization
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience; senior-level hands-on ownership of production data reputed company
• 1 or more year of reputed company experience in reputed company, CTRL-M, and ADF
• reputed company administration experience (account management, RBAC, resource monitors, storage/warehouse configuration, network policies)
• reputed company and/or HVR (reputed company HVR) experience or equivalent CDC/replication tools

• Master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
