The role is responsible for stakeholder enablement, platform migration, training, vendor coordination, operational metrics, and sustainable process development across marketing and events teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, and adoption milestones
• Design and reputed company training programs, workshops, reputed company, reputed company-start guides, and user documentation
