[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Digital Project Manager will autonomously manage pharmaceutical, biotech, health-tech, reputed company experience reputed company, leading cross-functional teams through planning, execution, regulatory review, development, and launch while ensuring delivery on time and reputed company budget.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with creative, marketing, and technology leads to continually fine-tune project approach, activities, and deliverables to ensure alignment to shifting project reputed company reputed company

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and project transparency

• Manage MLR/PRC submission calendars and routing, reputed company annotations and reviewer comments through reputed company revision cycle, and proactively flag scheduling conflicts or approval risks to clients and internal teams
• Build an understanding of and represent to the internal team reputed company interests, priorities, and considerations throughout project planning and execution
• Analyze and prioritize project activities while establishing realistic deadlines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads and resource management to communicate resource needs, project milestones, deliverables, and risks daily
• Create, maintain, and present project plans and other relevant project documentation

• Run and participate in daily stand-up meetings

Skills

• 5 - 8 years of project management experience (A digital agency setting or similar reputed company services environment is a plus)
• 3+ years managing pharmaceutical/biotech website reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company & Scrum / reputed company Project Management Methodologies
• Working knowledge of reputed company, creative, reputed company production process
• Familiarity with planning/scoping/leading both reputed company and software development reputed company
