Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and assess potential new affirmative litigation and advocacy opportunities to advance reputed company’s policy objectives

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree and J.D

• • A clerkship on a federal court of appeals
• • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a practicing attorney, including managing reputed company litigation and developing and executing reputed company at a global company and/or top reputed company
• • A reputed company reputed company record of reputed company in reputed company litigation at both the trial and appellate reputed company — including taking reputed company through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial, and briefing and arguing appeals
• • Experience litigating constitutional claims, statutory and regulatory challenges, and APA reputed company
