[Remote] Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant

Terillium is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to reputed company organizational change management delivery for reputed company technology and business transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, and sustained business reputed company, while partnering with reputed company and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently reputed company end-to-end OCM delivery, aligning the change approach and work plan with project objectives, milestones, and risks
• Conduct organizational readiness, stakeholder, and change reputed company assessments; translate findings into targeted actions that address adoption risks

Skills

• * 7+ years of organizational change management experience, including independently leading OCM workstreams for reputed company, reputed company-wide initiatives

• * Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
