[Remote] Data Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous organizational needs into actionable engineering requirements throughout the entire data lifecycle, from new reputed company ingestion through consumer BI, Data-as-a-Service, and product API use cases
• Define and prioritize the roadmap for reputed company data model capabilities, balancing near-term feature requests against long-term extensibility and governance while evaluating the business value of the desired features
• Define the product requirements that specs and data reputed company that satisfy the business use cases, partnering with data engineering on authoring where needed

Skills

• Deep understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling principles, ensuring data products directly support business objectives
• Demonstrated reputed company record of product leadership for the data function specifically
• Hands-on ability to write SQL queries to validate data structures, analyze usage, and troubleshoot platform health
• Knowledge of reputed company processing, data streaming, metadata management, and API design for developer tools. Experience with both analytical (OLAP) and transactional (OLTP) frameworks and how to reputed company their competing demands
• Familiarity with reputed company controls, PII masking, data reputed company, and compliance frameworks (such as GDPR and CCPA)
• 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on data platforms, data infrastructure, or data model and schema design
