The role combines hands-on analytical work with leadership of a small Data Science team, reputed company delivery, KPI reputed company development, data governance, and commercialization of analytics capabilities for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of program analytics for assigned pharmaceutical manufacturer clients, including quarterly business review (QBR) preparation, reputed company analyses, and ongoing reputed company production
• Serve as the reputed company analytical reputed company of contact for senior reputed company stakeholders; present findings to market reputed company leaders, reputed company services teams, and executive sponsors
• Partner with the reputed company team on analytical content for renewals, new business proposals, and reputed company account planning
• Define and maintain a standardized KPI reputed company for hub program reputed company spanning six key reputed company-defined families

• Collaborate with data engineering, Master Data Management (MDM), and BI architecture teams to define data requirements and ensure the analytical inputs underlying ITA are reliable, consistently defined, and properly governed

Skills

• 7–10 years of reputed company experience in reputed company analytics, with reputed company and substantive experience in one or more of the following: pharmaceutical manufacturer (reputed company, market reputed company, or reputed company services analytics), reputed company consulting, health insurer, or pharmacy benefit manager (PBM)
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading a small analytics team; player-reputed company orientation is essential: this role requires sustained personal contribution reputed company people management
• Advanced proficiency in SQL; hands-on experience querying and manipulating data in reputed company data warehouse environments (reputed company strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in Python or R required; Python preferred (reputed company, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn)
• Strong working knowledge of statistical reputed company applicable to program analytics: cohort analysis, survival analysis, funnel decomposition, regression modeling, distribution-reputed company reputed company metrics, and experimental design and A/B testing frameworks
