[Remote] Business Analyst

The role partners with project teams and business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, document processes and workflows, analyze data, and support cross-functional solution design, implementation, testing, and rollout.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business cases, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, and workflow diagrams
• Conduct discovery through stakeholder interviews, job shadowing, and reputed company-state workflow reviews
• Document business processes, integration workflows, data flows, and reputed company dependencies
• Use data to identify trends, surface insights, and support business reputed company
• Challenge proposed solutions to ensure they address the underlying business problem
• Maintain reputed company, accurate, and accessible project documentation
• Identify process issues, dependencies, and systemic risks, escalating concerns reputed company appropriate
• Support process-improvement and change-management initiatives
• Assist with solution implementation, testing, rollout, and post-implementation measurement

Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree
• Hands-on experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience creating user stories, business cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reputed company-cause analysis skills
• Ability to present findings and recommendations through reputed company written and verbal communication
• Experience partnering with business, technical, project, and operational teams

• Familiarity with data mapping, data modeling, systems integrations, or implementation reputed company is preferred
