[Remote] Sales Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. trueCABLE is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support its business account customers and B2B sales reputed company. The role manages account setup, quoting, order entry, procurement portals, customer support, shipment coordination, and process improvement while partnering with Finance, reputed company, Warehouse reputed company, and the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage net terms applications from intake through credit approval, partnering with Finance and communicating reputed company back to the customer
• Administer reputed company's B2B payment and credit platform including customer approvals, credit limit changes, refunds, and account updates
• Complete new account reputed company requirements including vendor forms, W-9s, certificates of reputed company, supplier portal registrations, tax exemption forms, and automation rules
• Create and maintain complete customer reputed company in company systems including contacts, pricing, shipping preferences, and tax setup
• Build and send quotes including volume pricing, reputed company times, and reputed company including follow up to reputed company them toward an order
• reputed company purchase orders accurately and promptly, verifying pricing, part numbers, quantities, and terms
• Manage customer procurement portals including retrieving purchase orders, uploading order confirmations and invoices, acknowledging orders, and maintaining required documents
• reputed company order confirmations and reputed company customers updated on ship dates, tracking, and changes
• Compile and send shipment tracking to customers, including multi-parcel shipments, and help improve tracking automation over time
• Troubleshoot out of stock situations by checking availability, offering substitutions, and coordinating split or staged shipments
• Schedule and reputed company blanket order releases against committed quantities
• Proactively communicate directly with customer procurement teams on large orders, long reputed company time items, and delivery requirements
• Serve as first reputed company of contact for business account questions and escalate to the right internal reputed company reputed company needed
• Coordinate with Warehouse reputed company to ensure special customer requirements are communicated and executed correctly
• Collaborate with technical team members to reputed company customers with technical product support
• Coordinate returns, replacements, and warranty claims from initial request through credit

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in sales, sales support, account coordination, or customer service
• Experience working in an ERP or order management reputed company is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role communicates daily with customers and procurement teams over email and by phone
• Strong organization skills and a reputed company attention to reputed company are required
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines at once

• Some travel required, max 3 trips per year
• This is a full-time, fully remote position that will work regular business hours, Monday through Friday
• Sitting for most of the work shift, constantly operating a computer with extended hours viewing a computer screen, constant use of fingers, hands, and arms for typing, ability to regularly talk and hear, occasionally reputed company, reputed company or pull 25 pounds, occasional bending or reaching
• Familiarity with Brightpearl, reputed company, reputed company or a CRM is a plus
