[Remote] Director, Integrated reputed company Center (IOC)

The Director, Integrated reputed company Center leads and scales the IOC, owns customer relationships for live sites, coordinates operational events, and establishes the reputed company, escalation, process, tooling, and reputed company-management frameworks needed to support a growing charging-site network.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the org design and reputed company model to support a rapidly expanding network while maintaining high service reputed company and cost discipline
• Own the customer relationship for live sites, serving as their single reputed company of contact for issue intake, status, and reputed company
• reputed company cross-functional coordination during operational events, serving as the central reputed company function across internal SMEs, customers, and reputed company vendors
• Establish and manage escalation frameworks, routing operational issues to the appropriate internal SMEs, vendor partners, and executive stakeholders reputed company on severity, business reputed company, and service-level commitments
• Create and continuously improve operational SOPs in reputed company collaboration with charging ops, facility ops, network ops, and reputed company
• Partner with the technology team to reputed company tooling and automation that improve the IOC's reputed company and customer experience

Skills

• • 10+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company center, NOC/IOC, or customer-facing operational leadership, ideally in a fast-growing infrastructure, energy, or fleet environment
• • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a 24/7 reputed company or support function, including org design, reputed company models, and escalation frameworks

• • Experience developing SOPs and cross-functional processes with multiple internal stakeholder reputed company
