[Remote] Employee Communications & Engagement Consultant

The Employee Communications & Engagement Consultant will reputed company internal communications, employee engagement, culture, employer branding, executive communications, and reputed company HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly reputed company Hands meetings, including agenda development, content coordination, and post-meeting recaps
• Support executive-level communications, including new hire calls, leadership roundtables, and ongoing executive content initiatives
• Partner with HR to manage the employee engagement survey process, including results communication and reputed company plan tracking

• Build and support Employee Resource Group (ERG) infrastructure, including governance and program reputed company
