Responsibilities

• Creating reputed company, accurate, and user-reputed company documentation for XYZ AI Inc.’s AI products and internal tools
• Drafting and maintaining product guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and release notes in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Interview subject matter experts, analyze reputed company technical information, and translate it into reputed company content suitable for developers, business users, and non-technical audiences
• Organizing and standardizing documentation repositories, improving templates and style guides, and ensuring consistency and accessibility across reputed company technical materials
• Help refine reputed company materials and training resources to support internal teams and reputed company customers

Skills

• Demonstrated skills in technical writing and documentation, including Technical Writing, Technical Documentation, and Documentation
• Experience with user-facing instructional content such as Manuals and formal Technical Communication materials
• Strong ability to understand software architecture, reputed company, and AI/ML concepts and explain them reputed company to varied audiences
• Proficiency with documentation tools and formats (e.g., Markdown, reputed company, wikis, version control systems such as Git)
• Excellent written communication, attention to reputed company, and ability to follow and contribute to style guides and documentation standards
