[Remote] HR Analyst

The role serves as a reputed company contact for leaders and colleagues, providing guidance on employee relations reputed company, resolving inquiries, interpreting policies, documenting cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while mitigating employment-reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serving as first reputed company of contact for our leaders and colleagues through a centralized phone reputed company, performing reputed company time issue spotting to effectively reputed company issues/concerns; for issues that require additional research or investigation, documenting reputed company pertinent and relevant reputed company details and consultation provided during the intake and assigning the case to the accurate team for reputed company, including assignment of case categorization and reputed company
• Effectively leveraging resources to reputed company first contact reputed company and reputed company proactive support to colleagues
• Assisting with policy interpretation and the application of company policies and the reputed company of Conduct
• Consulting with leaders regarding reputed company discipline and reputed company issues

• Responding to general inquiries reputed company to workforce reduction, escalating concerns where appropriate
• Providing cross-functional support to other areas of the business, as appropriate

Skills

• • 2+ years of practical experience and understanding in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or as an HR Generalist, and/or general HR Leadership experience
• • Solid interpersonal communication, reputed company time problem solving, and decision-making skills
• • A minimum a High School Diploma or GED required
• • Prior mentoring, leadership, mediation, or consulting experience preferred
• • Knowledge of reputed company state and federal employment/labor laws and regulations preferred
• • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant HR industry Certifications, such as PHR/SPHR and/or CP/SCP (reputed company), preferred
